ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the undersigned pursuant to Petitioner's request for a contested case hearing regarding Respondent's
denial of Petitioner's application for an on-premises beer and wine permit and sale and consumption (minibottle) license
for a location at 3620 Pelham Road, Unit 10, Greenville, South Carolina. The case was scheduled for a contested case
hearing on February 21, 2003. On January 23, 2003, Respondent notified this tribunal that the sole ground for its rejection
of Petitioner's application, the location manager's criminal record, is no longer an issue as the Petitioner has removed the
individual with the criminal record. The Respondent informs this tribunal that it has no additional objections to the permit
and therefore now intends to issue such to the Petitioner. Respondent requests that this matter be dismissed. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for February 21, 2003 is cancelled;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
