In the above-captioned matter, on August 16, 2001, the City of Sumter, stating that it no longer had an interest in the proceeding after Petitioner amended its license application, moved to withdraw from the proceeding as an intervening party.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the City of Sumter be withdrawn from this case as a formal party of record.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, as there are no protestants or intervenors remaining in this proceeding, the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, August 22, 2001, is canceled and the Department of Revenue shall continue to process Petitioner's application for a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
