ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
(Settlement)
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears
to the satisfaction of the Division that this case has been fully and finally settled by agreement
between the parties as shown by the attached Consent Order dated July 18, 2003, along with a check
in the amount of $1,400.00 as payment of the fine to the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
Copies of these documents are attached hereto and made a part of this Order. There being no further
controversy, and
Wherefore, the parties having settled this matter on these terms, IT IS ORDERED that the
above-captioned case be and hereby is settled and dismissed.
