ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. Henry Hudson, the sole Protestant in
this matter, has informed the Court by letter dated April 17, 2001, that he is no longer interested in pursuing this contested case
hearing. The Department of Revenue has stated that it would have granted the application but for the public protest as to suitability
of location. Therefore, for good cause shown, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
