The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. By letter dated June 28, 2000, the
protestant in this matter, Reverend Norman Philbeck, Pastor of Broad River Baptist Church, notified the Court that he is
withdrawing his petition. Copy of letter is attached hereto. There being no further controversy between the Petitioner and
Respondent,
IT IS HEREEBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing which was scheduled
for Wednesday, August 9, 2000, at 1:30 p.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
