ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") on the application
of DDJ, Inc., d/b/a Blue Moon Cafe, located at 4547 Charlotte Highway #1, Lake Wylie, South Carolina for
an on-premises beer & wine permit and sale and consumption license. This application was protested by
Representative Becky Meacham-Richardson. After notice to the parties a hearing was scheduled for March
23, 2000. The Notice of Hearing was sent certified to the Protestant, and delivered on February 18, 2000.
The Protestant did not appear at the hearing and the protest is deemed abandoned. No other protests were
made to this application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-referenced matter is forwarded to the Department of
Revenue to continue to process the application of DDJ, Inc., d/b/a Blue Moon Cafe.
IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
