In the above-captioned matter, the parties agreed to terms of settlement, which were read into the record in open court at the
June 25, 2002 hearing. Pursuant to Rule 43(k), SCRCP, and ALJD Rule 68, these settlement terms resolve all disputes in
the case at hand and are binding upon the parties.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
