ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to a request for a
contested case hearing regarding the denial of Petitioner's certification as a Disadvantaged Business
Enterprise. The Department filed the Agency Transmittal Form on October 17, 2000. By letter dated March
22, 2001, Petitioner withdrew her request for a contested case hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
