ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") for a contested case hearing upon
the request of Titan Atlantic Group, Inc. ("Petitioner"). In a letter dated October 4, 1999, Petitioner notified the Division of
the desire to withdraw the request for a contested case hearing. The letter is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A.
By virtue of Petitioner's request for withdrawal, there appears to be no further controversy for consideration.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case matter is hereby DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
