ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
This matter is before me pursuant to a request for a contested case hearing filed by the
Petitioner with the Administrative Law Judge Division on May 22, 2003, contesting the
Department of Revenue’s (Department) denial of the Petitioner’s sale and consumption
(minibottle) license for a bona fide nonprofit organization. At the hearing on the record, the
Petitioner introduced new facts regarding the issuance of this license. Thereafter, the Department
made a motion that this matter be remanded to the Department for reconsideration in light of
these new facts. See S.C. Code Ann. § 12-60-1330 (2000). Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is REMANDED to the Department of
Revenue pursuant to Section 12-60-1330.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
