ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter comes before me upon the motion of the Petitioner, Coastal Outdoor Advertising, pursuant to Rule 41 (a)(2) of
the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, for an Order to end this case because the case has been resolved pursuant to
S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-320(f), 1976, as amended, by the withdrawal of its Petition requesting a hearing on this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be ended and stricken, with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
