This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) pursuant to the appeal of Wilson
J. Kinard, an inmate incarcerated with the Department of Corrections (DOC). Kinard's appeal arises out of
DOC's final decision regarding Inmate Grievance No. Lieber 0705-00. However, Kinard has previously
filed an identical appeal with the Division regarding this grievance. See Kinard v. South Carolina Dept. of
Corrections, Docket No. 01-ALJ-04-00153 (filed January 24, 2001). Because it is duplicative, the instant
appeal is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
