ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) pursuant to the Appellant's Notice of Appeal filed on February 16, 2001, in which the Appellant appealed a final decision issued by the Department of Corrections (Department). The Department filed a Motion to Dismiss with the Administrative Law Judge Division on August 10, 2001, setting forth that the Appellant has been released from the custody of the Department thereby rendering this appeal moot.
