ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter filed July 16, 2001, Appellant notified this tribunal that he wishes to
withdraw his request for appellate review. Appellant stated that he does not believe his release has rendered
his appeal moot, but that he wishes to instead file a Civil Rights Action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1994)
or suit for damages.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
