ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
Palmetto Digestive Disease, LLC (Palmetto) hereby withdraws its appeal (Docket No. 03-ALJ-07-0131-CC) in this matter with prejudice. Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control and Roper Hospital, Inc. also consent to the dismissal of this appeal with
prejudice. All parties further agree to pay their own costs relating to this action. Accordingly, this
action is dismissed with prejudice by consent of all parties.
