In the above-captioned matter, by letter filed April 12, 2001 , Appellant notified this tribunal that he wishes
to withdraw his request for appellate review in order to combine all pending appeals before the
Administrative Law Judge Division into a Civil Rights Action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1994).
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
