Under ALJD Rule 51 an administrative law judge on his own initiative or as the result of a motion of any
party may make corrections to orders containing a clerical mistake. A clerical mistake is present in the case
caption of the Order issued on February 5, 2001 in the above referenced Docket Number. The name of
Reginald Shock was typed in error, and a correction is hereby made as shown above to reflect the name of
Tyron Gunter.
