ORDERS:
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On November 20,2000, the Respondent filed a motion to dismiss this matter stating that Respondent agrees to
reverse the conviction. By letter dated March 14, 2001, Appellant stated that the Respondent has reversed the
conviction which was the subject of the instant appeal.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that the above captioned case is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
