AMENDED ORDER
Grievance No. Lieber-0363-00
Under ALJD Rule 51 an administrative law judge on his own initiative or as the result of a motion of any
party may make corrections to orders containing a clerical mistake. A clerical mistake is present in the order
issued in this case on March 30, 2001, which states "The Motion to Dismiss is DENIED and this matter is
ended". An error was made, and is hereby corrected as follows:
The Motion to Dismiss filed by the South Carolina Department of Corrections is hereby GRANTED, and
this matter ended.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
