ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Respondent in the above matter filed the Record on Appeal and Respondent's Brief on November 3, 2000 with
the undersigned Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). The Brief of Appellant was due on November 22, 2000. Appellant did
not file the Brief by November 22, 2000. The undersigned ALJ issued an Order on December 18, 2000 requiring Appellant
to file the Brief. Said Order also informed Appellant that this matter may be dismissed upon the failure to file the Brief.
As of the date of this Order, Appellant has not filed the Appellant's Brief.
Pursuant to ALJD Rule 38 an ALJ may dismiss an appeal for failure to comply with any of the rules of procedure for
appeals.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Appellant is in default and that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice against Appellant.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
