This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to Respondent's Motion to Dismiss filed November 1, 2000. Respondent asserts Appellant's claim is moot because Respondent overturned the disciplinary conviction involved in this appeal.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed and that Respondent will expunge from its records all references pertaining to this disciplinary conviction within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent must restore any good time credits that may have been assessed against Appellant as a result of this disciplinary conviction within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent must provide proof to the undersigned of the expungement of records and the restoration of good time credits within thirty (30) days of this order.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
