This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. The Respondent filed a
Motion to Dismiss with the Division on July 24, 2001, advising the Court that the Appellant has been
released from the custody of the Department thereby rendering this appeal moot. Therefore, finding good
cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal be DISMISSED.
