ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned cases are currently pending before me and are scheduled to be heard on
the merits in a consolidated hearing commencing on June 17, 2003, and continuing on June 18 and
19, 2003. On June 13, 2003, the parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal, signed by counsel for each
party, stipulating to the dismissal with prejudice of these cases. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 17, 18, and 19, 2003 is
cancelled;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned cases are dismissed with prejudice;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
