ORDERS:
ORDER CORRECTING PARAGRAPH IN FINAL ORDER AND DECISION
The final order in this matter was signed and filed on June 13, 2003. After issuance of the
order, the Court became aware of a typographical error on page 30, item number 24 of the
Conclusions of Law of the Order. The corrected paragraph should read:
24. I find that the Petitioner has failed to demonstrate by a preponderance of the evidence that
HealthFirst’s proposed freestanding ambulatory surgery center dedicated to ophthalmology does not
meet the requirements of criteria 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the State Health Plan or of S.C. Code Ann. Reg.
61-15 § 802.
It is therefore ORDERED that this corrected paragraph be incorporated fully in the Final Order and
Decision and all other provisions of the Order remain in effect.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
