CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
CareAlliance Health Services (CAHS) hereby withdraws as an Intervenor and seeks
dismissal of its appeal herein (Docket No. 03-ALJ-07-0026-CC) with prejudice. Respondents South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) and HealthFirst also consent
to the dismissal of this appeal with prejudice. All parties further agree to pay their own costs
relating to this action. Accordingly, CAHS is dismissed as a party to this action with prejudice by
the consent of CAHS, DHEC and HealthFirst.
