ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE

This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) pursuant to the Petitioner’s application for a sale and consumption license and a beer and wine permit for a non-profit organization located at 1224 Springdale Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina. A hearing was held on June 12, 2003 at the offices of the Division in Columbia, South Carolina.

At the commencement of the hearing into this matter, the parties notified the Division that they consented to this matter being dismissed without prejudice to allow the Petitioner to re-file his application with the Department of Revenue. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
