ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On May
27, 2003, the Court was notified by Linda C. McDonald, Attorney for Respondent, that Petitioner
has supplied Respondent with sufficient additional evidence to establish eligibility for certification as
a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and there is no need for hearing in this matter. A copy of said
letter is attached hereto and made a part of this Order. There being no further controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and
the hearing which was scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2003 , at 9:30 a.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
