ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division on Appellant's Motion to Withdraw the Appeal. In the motion
filed June 21, 2000, the Appellant stated the Respondent "overturned the disciplinary offense that is the subject of this
appeal" and, therefore, the Respondent granted the requested relief. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed and that Respondent will expunge from its records all references
pertaining to this disciplinary conviction within thirty days of the date of this order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondent must restore any good time credits that may have been assessed against
Appellant as a result of this disciplinary conviction within thirty days of the date of this order.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
