ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears that this case
has been fully and finally settled by agreement between the parties.
Pursuant to a teleconference held on March 1, 2000, the parties assured the Court that settlement had been
reached with the settlement involving William Murphy accepting a six month suspension. The precise details
of the suspension agreed to in the settlement are to be reduced to writing and signed by all parties or their
attorneys in a timely manner. Having arrived at such an agreement, counsel for William Murphy and counsel
for South Carolina Department of Insurance no longer seek a hearing in this matter.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby settled and dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
