CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was initiated by Petitioner’s request for a contested case review of a decision by
the Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control that a Certificate
of Need is required for the lease and operation of a linear accelerator to be located in a physician’s
office.
It now appears that Petitioner desires to have its Petition voluntarily dismissed through this
Consent Order of Dismissal.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this contested case be and hereby is dismissed
with prejudice.
