ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law
Judge Division ("Division"). Pursuant to an Order of Continuance dated April 21, 1999, the above
matter was scheduled for hearing on the merits for Wednesday, June 2, 1999 at 2:00 p.m.
Subsequently, counsel for each party has notified the Division that a settlement has been reached.
By virtue of the parties reaching a settlement agreement, there appears to be no further
controversy for consideration by the Division.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the merit hearing as outlined above is CANCELED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
