ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above matter is scheduled to be heard by me Wednesday, December 2, 1998.
This office received a Motion to Dismiss dated November 24, 1998, from T. Douglas
Concannon, attorney for the Petitioner. Mr. Concannon states in the Motion that the
Respondent no longer holds a valid South Carolina resident insurance license, so this
case, which seeks to revoke that license, is moot. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed without
prejudice.
