ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter comes before me pursuant to a motion of the Petitioner, the State of South
Carolina Department of Insurance, to dismiss and dispose the above-captioned case. It appearing
that the parties to this action have settled their differences, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that
this action be and the same is hereby dismissed, with prejudice, and forever ended.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
