ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On April 17, 1997, the
Respondent's attorney filed a statement explaining that the Respondent has been informed by the
Department of Insurance that he has complied with the two (2) year waiting period to make re-application. Further, Respondent explains that he will file a new application for an insurance license
and withdraw his current application. Accordingly, since the Respondent will withdraw the current
application, this action no longer presents a disputed matter. Therefore, Respondent requests that
this matter be dismissed.
Thus, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is dismissed.
