ORDERS:
ORDER and DECISION
This matter is before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §38-43-130 (Supp. 1995) upon Respondent
Sammy J. Joyner's request for a public hearing in response to the South Carolina Department of
Insurance's intent to revoke Respondent's insurance agent license. It appears that the parties have
reached a settlement agreement by way of a Consent Order Revoking Insurance Agent's License
signed by Lee P. Jedziniak, Director of the Department of Insurance, and Sammy J. Joyner,
Respondent. Therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for April 2, 1996, is cancelled, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
