attorney for the Petitioner, the parties represent that they have settled the differences between themselves, and agree and
stipulate to the dismissal of the above-entitled case without prejudice.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all claims asserted by the Petitioner, South Carolina Department of Insurance,
against the Respondents, Lee E. Taylor and W. Lee Taylor, Jr., be and the same are hereby dismissed without prejudice.
