It appearing that the parties hereto have amicable resolved the matters in controversy and that the Petitioner
finds no basis upon which to proceed further in this matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, by and with the consent of the parties hereto, and pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the
South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, it is hereby ordered that this action be dismissed, with prejudice,
and forever ended, each party to bear its/her own costs and attorneys fees.
