ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, Adelaide D. Kline, Counsel for Respondent, made a
motion that this matter be dismissed. In her motion, Counsel indicated that the parties have
reached a settlement, and therefore, a contested case proceeding is unnecessary. Counsel also
attached a photocopy of the signed agreement to her motion.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
