The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On July
27, 1998, a letter was received from T. Douglas Concannon, attorney for Respondent, stating "I am
writing to advise you that the above-referenced case has been settled and may be removed from your
docket. . .". It appears to the satisfaction of the Division that this case has been fully and finally
settled as stated herein.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is settled and
dismissed.
