ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Velda A. Lusk, Petitioner, by letter filed with
the Court on October 1, 1997. Ms. Lusk has informed the Court in her letter that she is
withdrawing her request for a contested case hearing regarding reinstatement of her insurance
license.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-09-0388-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
