ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A
hearing on the merits was scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 6,
2006 at the Administrative Law Court. On the morning of July 6, 2006, Theodore
E. Gagliano and Lynn T. Gagliano, the sole protestants in this case, notified
the Court of their desire to withdraw their protests in this matter. The South
Carolina Department of Revenue, also on the morning of July 6, 2006, indicated
to the Court that all of the Department’s concerns had been resolved by
agreement. The hearing on the merits in this matter was promptly cancelled.
Based
on the foregoing,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
