ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter arose on
the Petitioners Palmetto Health Alliance, Palmetto Health Baptist Medical
Center Columbia and Palmetto Health Richland’s (“Palmetto”) request for
contested case review of a decision by the Respondent Department of Health and
Environmental Control (“DHEC”) to approve the Respondent Three Rivers
Behavioral Health, LLC’s (“Three Rivers”) application for Certificate of Need
for the construction and addition of thirty-two (32) psychiatric beds at its
West Columbia, South Carolina facility.
It now appears that the
dispute among the parties has been resolved, and all parties have requested
that this matter be dismissed with prejudice through this Consent Order of
Dismissal.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS
ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is dismissed forever with prejudice.
