ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated May 11, 2006, that it desired to
withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent, South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s, denial of the
Petitioner’s request for a Certificate of Need for the construction and
utilization of a 76-bed hospital in northwest Richland County. There being no
case in controversy after the Petitioner’s withdrawal,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The hearing set
for September 18—29, 2006 is hereby canceled.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
