ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In
the above-captioned matter, Petitioner Patricia Duncan submitted an application
to Respondent South Carolina Department of Revenue for an on-premises beer and
wine permit and a restaurant license to sell liquor by the drink for the
premises located at 971 Gold Hill Road in Fort Mill, South Carolina. However,
at the hearing of this matter on April 4, 2006, Petitioner withdrew her
application for the beer and wine permit and license to sell liquor by the
drink. Therefore, as Petitioner has withdrawn the application at issue in this
matter,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED without
prejudice.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
