The
Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated March 24, 2006, that it desired
to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s
denial of the Petitioner’s application for a disadvantaged business enterprise
designation. There being no case in controversy after the Petitioner’s
withdrawal,

IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
