ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Counsel
for the Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated March 20, 2006, that it
was requesting a dismissal of this action due to the investigation of
documentation provided by the Respondent, and the Petitioner’s subsequent
determination that the Respondent has a legitimate right to seek a legal
determination of the funds in question. There being no case in controversy
after the Petitioner’s withdrawal,

IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
