ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Court (ALC or
Court) on February 7, 2006. On March 6, 2006 the Department set forth a letter
stating that the sole protestant in this case has withdrawn her protest. The
Department is continuing to process the Petitioner’s application for a
license. Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
