ORDER OF REMAND

This
matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court
pursuant to the Appellant’s Notice of Appeal filed on December 29, 2004. The
Respondent filed a Motion to Remand the case on February 17, 2005, seeking an
opportunity to re-hear Appellant’s case, because the tape of his Disciplinary
Hearing is incomplete, and a transcript cannot be provided. Appellant did not
respond.
FOR
GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is remanded for
proceedings consistent with this order.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
