ORDERS:
ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONSIDERATION
By motion filed December 6, 2005, the Petitioner sought to have the Order
of this Court dated November 29, 2005 reconsidered. The Respondent notified
the court that it would not take a position on the Motion. After careful
consideration of the Motion and supporting Affidavit to the Motion for
Reconsideration, this Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. The
Petitioner shall file its Prehearing Statement within fifteen (15) days of the
date of this Order.
