The
South Carolina Department of Revenue (Department) initiated this matter by
issuing a Final
Determination that My Amusement Inc., d/b/a Express Way, (the Company) located
at 209 Watling Road, West Columbia, South Carolina, had violated 23 S.C. Code
Ann. Reg. 7-200.4 by “permitting the purchase of beer by an individual under

matter, the parties resolved the matter. That agreement is incorporated into
this consent order as set forth below.

authorizes it to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption. The Company
admits that on March 9, 2005, it violated Reg. 7-200.4 by permitting a young
girl under the age of twenty-one, purchase beer on its licensed premises.
2. For this violation the Company agrees to pay a fine in the amount of
$500.00 because this violation constitutes the first such underage violation
within a three year period.
The Company will remit this amount to the Department no later than November 29, 2005:

to be fair and equitable, approve such agreement and hereby Order its
adoption. This court retains continuing jurisdiction to enforce this Order.
